Plan an OTM migration as a journey of stages
Choose what moves, check it before any data moves, approve between stages, and sign the result off with counts in source and target.

What gets in the way today.
Load order mistakes
Tables loaded in the wrong order cause rejections that are hard to trace.
Surprises at cutover
Problems surface during the cutover weekend, not before it.
No proof of completeness
Sign-off rests on trust instead of figures everyone can see.
What changes with GoMigratePro.
A check before any data moves
See whether a run is ready, ready with things to know, or not ready, before you start.
Rejections explained
Rows the target rejected are grouped by cause in plain words, and one table can be loaded again once fixed.
A pause after every stage
By default the migration waits for approval after each stage, with the approver's name and note kept.
Rehearse as often as you need
Run the journey again, load changes only, and compare each run with the one before.
Proof the migration is complete
Counts in source and target for every table, a migration report, and a signed-off certificate. Personal data can be masked when loading a test system.
One platform under every product.
GoMigratePro runs on GoHubX, so it shares the same security, audit trail and support as everything else you run with us.
Every change on the record
Who did what, and when, in a tamper-evident audit trail.
Credentials in a vault
Never shown again after saving.
Self-service, managed or hybrid
Run it yourself, let our team run it, or mix the two.
Questions about GoMigratePro.
What if OTM rejects rows?
Rejections are grouped by cause in plain words with OTM's own message, and you can reload just that table once fixed.
Can we rehearse the cutover?
Yes. Run the journey as often as needed, compare each run with the last, and run changes only.
How do we prove it is complete?
Every table is counted in source and target, and the sign-off certificate records the figures, approvals and exceptions.
Can we load a test system without real personal data?
Yes. Named personal data columns such as email, phone and contact names can be masked. The source is never changed.
