Your clients' EDI, your warehouse, one flow
Take each client's warehouse shipping orders, ship them, and send back confirmations, ship notices and invoices in the format each client asks for, without rekeying.
- Built for
- Third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses
- Multi-client operations managers
- 3PL customer onboarding teams
What gets in the way today.
Every client is different
Each client sends orders its own way and wants confirmations back in another format.
Short shipments found by the client
Gaps between what was ordered and what shipped are found when the client calls.
Billing at month end
Storage, handling and services are priced from spreadsheets long after the work was done.
What changes with 3PL warehouses.
New clients on EDI faster
Start each new client from a ready warehouse partner profile instead of a new mapping project each time.
A confirmation in each client's own format
Warehouse shipping advice goes back to every client in the layout it asks for.
One ship confirm, everything follows
A single ship confirmation sends the client's confirmation, the ship notice, the stock update and the billing record.
Short shipments caught early
Every ship confirmation is checked line by line against the client's order, so shorts and overs are raised before the client calls.
Billing from the work itself
Storage, handling and value-added services are priced per client from the work as it happens.
Clients on any connection
Clients connect over secure file exchange, AS2 or a browser portal, whatever they already use.
One platform under every product.
3PL warehouses runs on GoHubX, so it shares the same security, audit trail and support as everything else you run with us.
Every change on the record
Who did what, and when, in a tamper-evident audit trail.
Credentials in a vault
Never shown again after saving.
Self-service, managed or hybrid
Run it yourself, let our team run it, or mix the two.
Questions about 3PL warehouses.
Is this a full WMS?
It is warehouse execution for 3PLs: stock by item, lot and location, receipts, pick lists and multi-client billing. Advanced functions such as labour management are not part of it.
Can each client have its own confirmation layout?
Yes. The warehouse shipping advice format is set per client.
We already run a WMS. Can GoHubX sit beside it?
Yes, for EDI and carriers. Connecting to your warehouse system is mapped as part of the project.
Is this available now?
