Questions about GoDispatch.
Do I need EDI to work with my shippers?
No. If your shipper uses GoHubX, tenders, status, POD and invoices go back and forth inside GoDispatch. Carriers that already run EDI can connect through GoEDI instead.
Can my shipper see my whole fleet?
No. A shipper sees only the driver's name and phone and the truck and trailer number on its own load.
Does the driver app track my drivers' location?
No. It records status steps and POD photos, not location.
Can I counter a tender?
Yes. Counter with your own rate. If the shipper accepts, that becomes the agreed rate on the load and the invoice.
