The agreed rate, the right carrier, an answer on time
Transportation management is one part of GoLogiX, joined to the orders before it and the invoices after it. Keep contract rates, compare quotes and tender loads through your routing guide.

What gets in the way today.
Rates in spreadsheets
Contract prices and accessorials sit in files nobody trusts, so loads are booked at the wrong rate.
Chasing carriers by phone
Planners spend the day calling carriers to find out whether a load has been accepted.
No view of carrier behaviour
Without measurement, slow responders and lost volume stay hidden until it costs money.
What changes with Transportation management.
Pay the agreed rate
Keep each carrier's contract rates and accessorials (the extra charges such as liftgate) with dated prices, and see how each rate was worked out.
Rate shopping
Compare carrier prices and transit times for parcel, LTL (less-than-truckload) and truckload shipments, and keep every quote.
Automated load tendering
Your routing guide, your rules for which carrier gets the load first, second and third, offers each shipment in order and moves on if a carrier declines.
Carriers held to your response times
See which carriers answer tenders on time, late or not at all, and get a warning before the window closes.
Spot quotes when the contract does not fit
Collect priced bids on a shipment and book the carrier you award.
Early warning of lost volume
Spot a customer or lane that starts sending noticeably fewer loads than usual.
One platform under every product.
Transportation management runs on GoHubX, so it shares the same security, audit trail and support as everything else you run with us.
Every change on the record
Who did what, and when, in a tamper-evident audit trail.
Credentials in a vault

Self-service, managed or hybrid
Run it yourself, let our team run it, or mix the two.
Questions about Transportation management.
How does the routing guide work?
Each rule lists carriers for a mode and ranks them by your preference, cost, speed or value. Each carrier gets a set time to answer before the next is offered the load.
Can carriers answer by EDI?
Yes. Carriers set up for EDI receive tenders and answer electronically. Others can answer through GoDispatch or by phone, recorded by your planner.
Can I load my existing rate sheets?
Yes. Import rates from a spreadsheet into a carrier's rate agreement.
Is a carrier with expired insurance blocked?
Yes, when its compliance record shows it. The tender passes it over and says why.
