What gets in the way today.
The long tail stays manual
Small partners send orders, ship notices and invoices by email, and someone keys them in.
Partners without the tools
Many small partners cannot run EDI or secure file transfer software.
Status calls all day
Customers phone to ask where their order is and to request delivery papers.
What changes with Portals.
Small partners answer in EDI without knowing EDI
Partners fill simple forms for acknowledgements, ship notices and invoices, and you receive proper EDI.
No file transfer software needed
Partners send and download files in a browser, and their files start the same integrations as any other.
Suppliers answer line by line
Accept, backorder, change or reject each order line, with a reason you can see.
Checked before it reaches you
Each answer is checked against your rules for that partner before it is sent.
Customers help themselves
The Shipper portal shows shipments, tracking and delivery papers, and takes problem reports.
Secure by default
Each partner sees only its own documents, and every send is audited.
One platform under every product.
Portals runs on GoHubX, so it shares the same security, audit trail and support as everything else you run with us.
Every change on the record
Who did what, and when, in a tamper-evident audit trail.
Credentials in a vault
Never shown again after saving.
Self-service, managed or hybrid
Run it yourself, let our team run it, or mix the two.
Questions about Portals.
Does my supplier need a GoHubX account or EDI software?
No. They sign in with the user name and password you give them and use a browser, including on a phone.
What reaches us: a form or EDI?
EDI. Each answer is written as a standard EDI document and runs through your usual integrations.
Can a supplier change prices or quantities?
They can propose changes line by line with a reason. Your order price is not changed, so any difference shows up when the invoice is matched.
What does it cost?
Talk to us. We will set out options for you and for partners who only use the portals.
