No. It only reads, and only what your role can see.
What happens when an agent wants to act?
It raises an approval request. Nothing happens until a named approver says yes, and every step of the run is recorded.
Which documents can it read?
Freight invoices, bills of lading, PODs, rate sheets, order emails, purchase orders, supplier invoices and customs documents, as PDF, image, spreadsheet or text.
Do we have to use your AI model?
No. You choose the provider and model and use your own key. You can also set a monthly budget and switch AI off for your organisation.
