Which security standards do your controls follow?
Our controls are designed against the SOC 2 and ISO 27001 control families.
Can GoTatva read our stored passwords?
No. Credentials cannot be read back. Emergency use of a single credential needs your administrator's permission, and you are told when it happens.
Do message contents go to our SIEM?
No. Your SIEM receives event details, never the content of your messages.
Can we bring our own encryption key?
On the Enterprise edition you can register and verify your own AWS KMS key.
