Can my partners send to us without running their own server?
Yes. GoHubX hosts a secure mailbox for each partner, and a browser portal for partners with no file transfer software.
Who can see our passwords and keys?
Nobody. Values are stored in the vault on save and never shown again, including to GoTatva staff.
Do the pre-built connectors work out of the box?
They are built-in connectors validated with sample data. Each is confirmed against your own account during set-up.
Do we need to open our firewall for systems inside our network?
No. The on-premise agent only calls out to GoHubX and reaches only what you allow.
