Does the AI change my data on its own?
No. The assistant only reads. Agents and outside AI tools turn any change into an approval request for a person.
Which AI model does it use?
The one your administrator chooses, with your own key. Usage is billed by that provider under your agreement with them.
Can we turn AI off?
Yes. An administrator can switch AI off for the organisation, and GoTatva can also switch it off for you on request.
What can the assistant see?
Only what the person asking is allowed to open in GoHubX, and only in their own organisation.
