Every order into the right shipments, every line accounted for
Order orchestration means turning orders into the right shipments. In GoLogiX, orders arrive from your ERP or by EDI, are checked, split or combined, and tracked through to delivery and invoice.

What gets in the way today.
Bad orders stop good ones
One wrong line on a purchase order can hold up the whole order while someone fixes it by hand.
Paperwork you cannot see
When an acknowledgment or ship notice goes missing, you find out from the trading partner, not from your own system.
Slow lot recalls
Working out which customers received a lot means searching shipments, spreadsheets and e-mails under pressure.
What changes with Order management and orchestration.
Clean orders in
Electronic purchase orders are checked against each partner's rules and acknowledged. A bad line is rejected on its own, and the rest of the order still ships.
Consolidate and split
Several orders can share one shipment, and one order can travel on several, with every line accounted for.
Each order's paperwork in one view
Purchase order, acknowledgment, ship notice and invoice are shown as one chain, and a broken link stands out at once.
Drop ship for retailers
Ship a retailer's order straight to its customer under the retailer's own packing slip, with the ship notice and invoice going back electronically.
Supplier orders tracked
Follow the purchase orders you place on suppliers from issue and acknowledgment to goods received and invoice matched.
Lot recall and food traceability
Trace a lot forwards to customers and backwards to suppliers, and record the data the US food traceability rule (FSMA 204) asks for.
One platform under every product.
Order management and orchestration runs on GoHubX, so it shares the same security, audit trail and support as everything else you run with us.
Every change on the record
Who did what, and when, in a tamper-evident audit trail.
Credentials in a vault

Self-service, managed or hybrid
Run it yourself, let our team run it, or mix the two.
Questions about Order management and orchestration.
Can orders come in as EDI?
Yes. Electronic purchase orders are checked and acknowledged. A bad line is rejected on its own and the rest of the order is still taken.
Can one order ship on several shipments?
Yes, when the order allows it. GoLogiX shows it as partly released until every line is on a shipment.
Does this replace my ERP order entry?
No. Orders come from your ERP or your partners, and GoLogiX runs them through to shipment. Pre-built ERP connectors are available; mapping to your ERP setup is project work.
Is FSMA 204 compliance guaranteed?
No software guarantees compliance. GoLogiX records and checks the traceability data the rule asks for and sends it with the ship confirm.
